§ 1-3-41. How code designated and cited.

The ordinances embraced in this and the following titles, chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated "The Code of Ordinances of the City of Conway, South Carolina," and may be so cited. Language contained in this Code may be based on State of South Carolina Code of Law as cited. Any citation of South Carolina Code of Law is deemed to include the specific state law reference and any current and future amendments to that section.
