The prepared general fund, street/drainage fund, TIF fund, community development fund and enterprise fund for fiscal year 2008-2009 (and as adopted for subsequent fiscal years) and the estimated revenue for payment of same are hereby adopted and by reference made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
