§ 1-8-4. Time of elections.

(a)

Elections shall be held on the Tuesday following the first Monday in the month of November followed by a second election, if necessary, 14 days after the first election.

(b)

Conway city elections shall be held in odd-numbered years.

(c)

The change of election date is effective this 11th day of February, 2008.

Amendment Note : The Ord. of 5/28/84 changed the date of municipal elections from the first Tuesday in December to the date provided in subsection (a).
