§ 2-2-23. Definitions.

The following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section whenever used in the fire prevention code adopted by section 2-2-21:
(1)

Wherever the word "municipality" is used, it shall be held to mean the City of Conway.

(2)

Wherever the term "corporation counsel" is used, it shall be held to mean an attorney contracted to work for the City of Conway.
