§ 3-1-11. Encroachment permit required for alterations.

It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy or remove any curbing from any of the streets of the city or to make any alterations in the sidewalks of the city without first obtaining an encroachment permit. Permits shall be issued only after application is made to the public works director (or his/her designee) and the issuance of the permit authorized by it.
