§ 3-2-13. Slip rental fees.

No person shall dock any vessel or make the same fast to any dock, slip or other property of the Conway Marina, without permission of the custodian of the marina or payment of the slip rental fee, in advance, except for the purpose of immediate launching or removal as set out in section 3-2-12 herein, docking temporarily for the purpose of picnicking, or in case of emergencies. Slip rental fees shall be as fixed from time to time by the city council. Persons desiring to rent a boat slip on a permanent basis must pay the monthly rate of six (6) months in advance. An overnight docking rates of $1 per foot per day and limitation of seven (7) consecutive days stay at the transient boat dock is implemented.
