§ 4-1-5. Penalties for non-payment of water and sewer bills.

If any water and/or sewer bills, fees, or other charges are not paid by the 15th day following the date of mailing of the bill, a five (5) percent penalty shall be added to the bill. If the bill is not paid by the 10th day following of mailing of the second-month bill, an additional $25 penalty shall be added.
