§ 6-1-1. Burial of dead persons within city.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to bury the dead body of any person within the city, except in cemeteries in existence as of the adoption of this Code amendment, or in other areas designated by the city council as a cemetery site, including any additions thereto which may from time to time be made.
