§ 6-4-32. Possession of fierce or dangerous dogs.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any fierce or dangerous dog, owned or controlled by him/her, to run at large upon the streets of the city, or to keep, maintain or have in possession such dog at his/her residence, place of business or elsewhere without keeping the dog in a safe enclosure or on leash or muzzled.
