§ 7-3-11. Same; issuance; fee; expiration.

The city police department shall issue a photo-registration card to prospective drivers of any taxicab upon approval of the application and upon payment of the fee as provided in the business license ordinance of the city. All photo-registration cards so issued shall expire as provided in the business license ordinance of the city. There is no charge for the initial or renewal photo-registration cards; however, the fee for the replacement of lost/damaged photo-registration cards shall be established in the amount of $5, effective upon adoption of this section, and may be revised by city council from time to time by ordinance.
