§ 7-4-11. Use and sale within city generally.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use, discharge, sell, offer for sale, store, exchange, give away or possess any fireworks of any kind within the city, except as authorized in sections 7-4-12 and 7-4-13 in this article.

The discharge of fireworks within the city shall be permitted:
(1)

From 10:00 a.m. on December 31 until 12:30 a.m. on January 1.

(2)

From 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on July 4.

(3)

At such other times as allowed under a special event permit granted by city council.
