The operator(s) of any wrecker shall, before driving the wrecker upon the streets
of the city, make and file with the Conway Police Department written application for
a photo-registration card which application shall be sworn to by the applicant and
shall include the full name, age and residence of the applicant; shall state that
the applicant is possessed of all requirements necessary to operate the wrecker in
a safe, prudent and satisfactory manner; and shall include a statement of convictions
for violation of any provision of this code or other city ordinance, or state or federal
law, and shall set forth the nature of the offense, if any, and other information
as may be required.
