§ 7-4-75. Storage prohibited.

No wrecked, disabled or damaged vehicle shall be stored on any open lot in the city and no person engaged in wrecker service shall store the vehicles for more than 24 hours in the city limits except in a building or completely screened area where the vehicle shall not be visible to pedestrians or travelers on the streets of the city. This is a condition for licensing of wreckers and is in addition to any applicable zoning ordinance of the city.
