§ 7-6-6. Penalties for violation.

Any person who shall advertise, hold, conduct, or carry on any sale of goods, wares or merchandise under the description of termination of business sale, contrary to the provisions of this chapter or who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined or imprisoned in accordance with the provisions of section 1-3-48. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
