§ 1-5-5. Beautification fund; establishment and use.

(a)

There is established a Conway beautification fund.

(b)

All expenditures from said fund will require prior approval by city council, and council will take into consideration the city's overall landscape plan in making its decision for such expenditures. Funds will be used for the planting of trees, shrubbery or other landscaping projects.
