§ 2-2-12. Contract for fire protection services generally; annual charges described.

Any individual corporation or organization, association, lessee, or tenant owning, occupying, using or having any interest in any property may on or before July 1 of each year file a request for fire protection services describing the property for which fire protection services are requested. If approved, fire protection services will be provided on a fee basis which may, from time to time, be changed by city council. These fees do not apply to governmental contracts.
