§ 2-2-13. When annual payment is due; pro rata charges.

The annual payment specified in section 2-2-12 shall be paid to the city in advance or before July 1 of each year for fire protection service for the ensuing year. Any individual, associate, corporation, organization, lessee or tenant desiring fire protection service on or after July 1 and prior to October 1 shall pay 100 percent of the annual charge; on or after October 1 and prior to January 1 shall pay 75 percent of the annual charge; on or after January 1 and prior to April 1 shall pay 50 percent of the annual charge; and on or after April 1 and prior to July 1 shall pay 25 percent of the annual charge.
