§ 3-1-5. Receptacles on private property or on the public right-of-way fronting or abutting such property.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, install, affix, place or attach a receptacle for the delivery of newspapers, advertisements or catalogs on any private property, or in the public right-of-way fronting or abutting such private property, without the express permission of such landowner.

    (b)

    No person, firm or corporation shall erect, install, affix, place or attach more than a total of two (2) receptacles per business or residence for the delivery of newspapers, advertisements or catalogs, either on private property or in the public right-of-way fronting or abutting such private property. (This number does not include postal mailbox.)
