§ 5-1-5. Use of name or license by other persons prohibited.

No licensed contractor shall allow the use of his name or license by any person, directly
or indirectly, either for the purpose of obtaining a permit, or to do any work under
his license, unless the person is regularly employed by the licensed contractor.
The licensed contractor shall provide the city with a notarized list, on company letterhead,
of persons authorized to request permits on his behalf and their relationship to the
company. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that said list, which shall
be filed in the office of the building official, is kept current.
