§ 5-1-37. Fire code.

(a)

Adoption of Fire Code . This section is to be known and referred to as the Fire Code of the City of Conway. There is hereby adopted in its entirety by the City of Conway the International Fire Code, current edition as amended, a copy of which is to be kept permanently on file in the office of the building official as part of the general ordinances of the City of Conway, with same being incorporated herein by reference, and without the necessity of setting out and copying in its entirety the International Fire Code, current edition, as amended.

(b)

Amendments and revisions . As the various parts of the International Fire Code, current edition, may be amended or revised from time to time in the future by the State of South Carolina, such amendments or revisions are adopted by the City of Conway without the necessity of re-enacting and republishing the foregoing provisions of this section in its entirety.
