The "Historic Design Review Districts: Community Appearance Guidelines" in accordance with Title 6, Chapter 29 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended known as the "South Carolina Local Government Comprehensive Planning Enabling Act of 1994 [is adopted herein by reference].
