§ 7-3-18. Maximum load.

The maximum load for any taxicab, while operated upon the streets of the city shall not exceed the number of factory-installed seatbelts for all passenger seating locations, so as not to overcrowd the vehicle and to ensure the availability of seatbelts for the safety of each passenger.
