§ 7-3-19. Sanitation and mechanical condition of vehicles.

(a)

Every person owning a taxicab shall inspect, or have inspected, the interior and exterior of all fleet vehicles daily to ensure all vehicles are kept in a clean and sanitary condition.

(b)

Every person owning a taxicab shall inspect, or have inspected, all fleet vehicles daily to ensure they are maintained in good mechanical condition.
