§ 7-4-82.1. Definitions.

(a)

Wrecker - Any vehicle specifically built and equipped for the purpose of towing, lifting, pulling or otherwise transferring motor vehicles from place to place.

(b)

Motor vehicle - Every vehicle which is self-propelled, upon or by which a person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon any road, highway, right-of-way or public or private property.

(c)

Operator - The person driving the wrecker (tow truck) or any person assisting with the operation of the wrecker.

(d)

Owner - Any person owning or having any financial interest in a wrecker business licensed by the City of Conway.
